I have an existing Woolworths Gift Cards account that I access via a 3rd party Membership login. Will I be able to use that account on the new site?

There is no change to your Membership login process. Your login credentials will remain the same. However, to give you access to our enhanced new website, you'll need to create a new account upon the first-time logging in. It's a quick, one-time process that sets you up for seamless gift card purchases going forward!


I’m accessing the new site for the first time. Why do I need to enter my name, email address, and phone number?

To get you set up for easy gift card purchases, we'll ask for your full name, email address, and phone number when you access the new site for the first time. This is a simple, one-time step. After your first visit, you'll be seamlessly directed to our Gift Card selection every time you return.


Why are only digital gift cards available now?

We've transitioned to digital-only gift cards on the site to provide a faster, more convenient, and digital focused experience.


I have an issue with a previous order that was placed on the old website. What should I do?

In the case of an issue with a past order, or for gift card related issues, contact our Gift Card Support Team service via:giftcard@customerservice.woolworths.com.au

Everyday WISH Gift Cards are available in eGift Card format.

They are redeemable at all participating Woolworths Group stores, online or in store:

  • Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro
  • BIG W

  • EG Ampol (Operated by EG Australia) fuel outlets
  • Dan Murphy's
  • ALH venues
  • The Everyday Rewards Shop in the EDR app

Woolworths Supermarkets Gift Cards are available in eGift Card format.

This Gift Card is redeemable online and in store at participating Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro stores.

You can also use your Woolworths Supermarket Gift Card at Everyday Market from Woolworths purchases on woolworths.com.au. For more information, see the Woolworths Online and Everyday Market from Woolworths Terms and Conditions.

Who is the issuer of Woolworths Gift Cards?

Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Everyday WISH Gift Card, BIG W Gift Card, BWS Gift Card, Dan Murphy's Gift Card, EG Gift Card, Woolworths Supermarket Gift Card, Essentials Gift Card and Simply Groceries Gift Card sold on this site.


How can I tell if an eGift Card is legitimate?

You'll be able to know that the eGift Card delivery email is legitimate by looking for the following things:

  • The 'subject line' of the email sent to the recipient will state "You've received an eGift Card!".
  • The 'from line' of the recipient's email will state "Everyday Gifting"
  • Everyday Gifting may send surveys for feedback on customer experience from time to time. We would never send a survey with the promise of a gift card. Emails such as this are known as phishing scams and are designed to steal your personal information.

Any gift cards sent by us would come from the email address no-reply@members.everydaygifting.com.au or SMS via “GiftCards” sender.


How do I check balance on an eGift Card?

Please visit https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/check-balance and provide the eGift Card number and PIN to check balance.


Ordering Gift Cards

How many eGift Cards can I buy in one order?

There is a limit of 5 Gift Cards per order, with a minimum value of $5 and a maximum value of $500 per card.


Can I purchase physical gift cards?

Physical gift cards are not available for purchase via The Membership Portal. It is a digital exclusive destination.


How do I know if a discount has been successfully applied to my order?

You can verify the discount applied to an order by checking the order summary section on the checkout page.


Before I buy an eGift Card, do I need to register or sign up?

Yes, to enjoy Member discounts on eGift Cards you need to register an account with your Member provider on the Member’s website. When you click to buy an eGift Card you’ll be automatically redirected to the Everyday Gifting website and will be asked to create an account upon first access.


Can I customise the eGift Card? What features are available?

Yes, you can customise your eGift Card with a personal message to the recipient.


Are there any delivery fees for an eGift Card?

There are no shipping costs for eGift Cards delivery via email and/or SMS. Estimated delivery time is up to 10 minutes*.

* The above time period is an estimate only from receipt of your payment. Most eGift Cards orders will be delivered within 10 minutes, however, times may vary up to 48 hours subject to public holidays, peak periods and order verification.


Can I schedule the delivery of an eGift Card for a future date?

Yes, you can pick the desired date and we’ll schedule the delivery of your eGift Card accordingly.


How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order in your account, under the “Orders” section. Please note you need to login with your Member account on the Member’s website. Once you’re logged in, and click to buy an eGift Card, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Everyday Gifting website.


Can I buy an eGift Card for someone else as a gift?

Yes, once you select the eGift Card you wish to purchase, on the Product Detail Page you can choose to buy for self or gift to someone else. When buying an eGift Card as a gift, you can choose to deliver via email and/or SMS.


Can I send an eGift Card to multiple mobile numbers?

When you buy an eGift Card for someone else as a gift, you can send it via email and/or SMS. For each one of the delivery options you can provide one email address and one mobile number only.

You can buy up to 5 Gift Cards as part of the same order.


Can I change the recipient’s mobile number after I placed my order?

No, once the order is placed, the recipient's mobile number cannot be changed. Please make sure you're providing a valid and the correct mobile number when placing your order.


What if the person I am sending the eGift Card does not receive the SMS?

If the SMS delivery is unsuccessful, our system will automatically retry sending it. SMS delivery typically fails only if the phone number provided is incorrect or invalid. In that case, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 10 1234.

If the SMS is successfully delivered, we will receive an email for confirmation.


How will I receive my eGift Card?

On the date of your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to retrieve the eGift Card online. When clicking on the link 'Unwrap eGift Card', you will be directed to a webpage showing:

  • The eGift Card with the design you selected
  • Your recipient's name
  • Any personalised messages
  • The eGift Card value
  • The eGift Card number for in-store and online redemption
  • The eGift Card Access Code

If you are not able to view the eGift Card when clicking on the link in the email, please try opening in another browser. For your purchase security, eGift Cards can only be sent to the email address provided in your Personal Information during checkout.

Please note that if you scheduled the delivery of your eGift Card, the email with the eGift Card will be sent on the desired date.


How can I pay for my order?

Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, Paypal.


I didn’t receive my eGift Card. Can it be present?

Yes, you can choose to resend your eGift Card to the same email address and/or mobile number provided in the original order via My Account, under the “Orders” section.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform cancellations or refunds after you have placed your order.

When ordering, please review your order carefully to ensure that the right amount is applied and the recipient details are correct before completing your purchase.
